Once submitted, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded until you’ve received your shipment. To return your TRX product, please Submit a request and select Return Authorization Requests, An RA# will be issued with directions for sending the product back to us.

For international returns originating from outside the US (lower 48, AK, HI), please Submit a request and select Return Authorization Requests. Customer Service will issue an RMA number. A return shipping address will be provided.
